Get creative and use the resources that are available on the net: 1) Social Sites: Myspace, Youtube, Facebook etc. 2) County Record Sites - Not all counties will have a records site. Google the county in question to find out. 3) use a free site such as http://www.peepsite.info to start your preliminary search. Finding a "free" service is nearly impossible. Your only going to get what you pay for. Most "free" services only offer your basic information.
