I am working at a business and it is now my job to find the delinquent clients and make them pay. The online sites I have found don’t have good info on these people. I know "Big Bro." knows where they are. How can I find them?

We’ve never only fed one horse, so I don’t know how much money it would cost to feed just one. When we had our last horses, we had goats, sheep, and 2 horses instead of just one. And it costed (is costed really not a word?? lol, me and my country talk) about 0 a year to feed all of them small square bales.
Now my mom says I can have a horse again if I find a free one and can get really cheap hay.
I found some cheap horses (they’re all 0), and I might be able to negotiate the price down a little on one of them so my mom’ll let me get him.

I figured up how much hay an average 1000 pound horse would need per day, and it came out as about 20 pounds (2000 pounds per year, since horses need hay from about December through April here). Then I searched hay for sale and found that the average price for an 800 pound round bale is 20-30 dollars. So I figured up how many bales a horse would need and how much it would cost.

So I think it would cost about (more or less, depending on the horse) a year to feed a horse (easy keeper that doesn’t need grain and only needs hay in winter). Is that about right?

I’m probably going to be in driving school the beginning of next year, so I’ll be able to get a job soon and pay for any other costs that come up (I’ll put a little back for vet bills, possibly farrier, and dentist if my dad wont want to pay for that).

And when I’m 18 I might volunteer (part time, since I hope to have a job then) to be a trail guide at a local riding stable (they get tips of about per ride).

Also I have another question for people who know a lot about the horse industry: Is a degree really important? I want to be a riding instructor/trainer, and the college I want to go to has certificates you can get.
It’s ,000 extra per year if you want a degree, and I’m not sure I want to save an extra ,000 to get a degree when I would be just as good at my job without one (the degree course is just regular college courses, no stuff to help with the career I want).
I would try to get a horse that doesn’t need grain (I’d ask to try it out for a few weeks to see how it does on just grass).
And I’d just use mixed grass or timothy hay. It seems to be the cheapest, and I think timothy hay is supposed to be the best for horses.

We have bits (a snaffle and a curb) and a saddle (western), so I wouldn’t need to get any tack unless I found a really cheap english saddle and/or bridle.

And I could make the treats myself if I decided to give it any

Oh, and my dad trimmed my last horse’s feet and we still have the tools.

We had a mare in 1/2 of our pasture (because she was mean to my gelding) and she maintained a good weight all year and I think we had a drought that year (we usually do have dry summers and wet springs)
I would set aside around a month for emergency costs after I get a job, I don’t know if that would be enough to pay for the extra cost of hay if the prices rose, but I’m also going to be saving money for college and keeping my horse healthy would be worth waiting a couple extra years before I could go to college.

A few nights ago I was stopped because my plate light was out (dumb, I know).. I was having trouble finding my license in my purse and the officer was shining his flashlight in there to "help me look for it".. I asked him if he could please not do that.. a request that he ignored. I eventually found my ID on my seat and gave it to him along with my info.

He returned with it and asked me to step out of the car. He said that he thought he saw "shake, or marijuana remnants in the corner of my bag" and asked if I had been smoking or drinking.. I said no and he proceeded to give me a field sobriety test, which I passed. He asked if anyone in my car had any drugs and I said no, he asked if he could search my car and I said no. I told him that until yesterday I hadn’t used that purse for several years, but I thought that maybe I knew what he thought he saw… which was crumbs from a teething biscuit my daughter had dropped on the floor at the supermarket the day before. I then was stupid.. and decided to show him what I thought maybe he saw. He said "well lets just look through the whole thing" I said I didn’t want him to.. and he then took the purse from my hands (inside the car).. and started going through it. He said that he found a leaf and brought it back to the car and then returned to tell me that he was going to have the K9 unit come to search my car.
They searched the two people in my car.. and then let the dog into my car while we waited outside. There was nothing at all in my car.. or on my person or on the two people I was with.
He still gave me a ticket for Unlawful Possesion of Marijuana because of the "shake in the purse".

I want to plead not guilty and write to the DA explaining that we were doing nothing wrong at all.. that I haven’t used that purse in years and that if I am found guilty of this It would do more harm than good.. potentially costing me my job as well as the health insurance for me, my daughter, and my husband. I would also be willing to submit to a drug test, and I have a lawyer.

Do you think I would have a chance of having these charges dropped?

I have been trying to rent room in my house for 10 months now and due to the area i am located in i have had a hard time finding someone to live this far from Phoenix. Recently, I did have 3 serious inquiries for a happy change and one from a man who wanted to rent in the beginning of my search but took a job in California at the last minute. I turned away the other people as he and I agreed he would move in this time and definitely wanted the place, was familiar with me and it etc. So i told the 2 other potential renters it wasnt available.

He returned to the PhX area and contacted me wanting the room if i still had it seeing as how we had met before etc. He agreed to rent the room and moved in last Sunday with his clothes etc and we verbally went over the agreement/rules of the house etc. It was getting late and we decided to sign the lease and roommate agreement the next day when he returned from work. His family lives in Tucson so his belongings are minimal as he goes home each weekend to them. He did however move his belongings clothes, laptop, shaving kit into his room that night.

He wrote me a check for 1st month rent and sec. dep. 1/2 mo. rent amount for a total of 0. 0 rent, 0 sec. dep. I gave him the garage door opener and a key to the house.

My friend and Biz partner was here through all of this and that night we went to his home to work on biz and left Dan (roommate) to go to sleep. I didnt return home until 9am the next morning as my Biz partner lives 73 miles from me.

All of Dans belongings were still here as well as his rent check etc. and he was at work. I am disabled and often sickly and came down with a cold and was in my room waiting for him to get home that night to go over lease etc. My door was closed but i had no tv on etc. so its easy for me to hear anything in the rest of the house and finally when i never did hear Dan come home i walked out of my room and he had snuck into the house took his stuff, his check and my remote control and left without a word!!!

He then ignored a phone call from me and one from my Biz partner Ray who got along well with Dan the night before imploring him to explain whats happening, the problem, maybe we can work it out, asking for the remote back etc. He then ignored an email from me sent 4 hours after the phone call by then knowing he wouldnt come back and asked for the remote and for the one night rent or .00 compensation for both.

He returned the email almost a week later, in such a blatant callous disturbing way, that now the isnt good enough for me. This man has the nerve to tell me that is loose change and that i must have mental problems if i am sick so much etc. and that i should basically chalked it up to life and get over it. I am on a fixed income, disabled and about to lose my home. I forfeited 2 other potential renters i had been seeking for so very long for this man. I opened my home to him and trusted him. He stole the remote to my garage which IS ACCESS TO ME AND MY BELONGINGS and calls it a KEYFOB and worthless. Tries to justify his behavior on and on throughout this letter by blaming me for his own bad choices. Obviously something happened while he was at work. He may have gotten fired for all i know as this was his 4th job in 8 months so he wouldnt need to rent from me if he left this job as well. But whatever it was he visciously says that its MY PROBLEM that he did this and stole belongings and used me for a free nite etc.

And i wont be victimized by this Sociopath and he needs his wings clipped so as not to hurt others as well. Justice is not the same as revenge. And he cost thousands of dollars in lost rent, potential renters who were decent people and perhaps my home as i cannot make the mortgage payments now.

My Q is this: If he took possession of the key and remote to my home, verbally agreed to all on the unsigned lease/roommate agreement, moved his belongings into the room, slept in the room that one night and all in front of a witness, can i enforce the terms of the WRITTEN unsigned lease agreement in a court of law and get my first and last month rent and sec dep etc from this criminal? If yes should i do it in small claims court myself? I really needed that income and it blows my mind that he could use me to justify his lousy behavior and say "tough luck". is relative, to some its loose change, to others it can make the difference between life and death.

I am 20 year old male and havent worked since I was 18 and i dont go to college and i live in michigan and i cant get a job not even at mcdonalds and i have no family outside of michigan and i cant find any jobs and i dont have enough money to go college and i want to move somewhere but everywhere i search on yahoo answers of some people saying they want to move somewhere all the time they say go back to where you came from cause there arent any jobs here and that everyone comes here and no one gets any jobs and they just come back leaving well i dont have a job right now and i have some money to get out but i dont know where i would live but i heard nashville is good for jobs and low cost of living?

To me a hero is someone extraordinary. A man or woman that stands up
for what is good. A hero is brave and noble. That saves lives and is noted for their feats of courage. A hero is someone that does something nice like feed a starving child. A true hero is someone that does good deeds out of the trueness of their hearts. As superman has krypton, all heroes have a weakness. Something or some one we hold close to us that if harmed makes us weak. Someone/something that makes us do what we do, like Spiderman has Mary Jane. I am only aloud to write about one stupendous person. But I’m afraid that I cannot write about a hero. Everyone is searching for a hero, people want someone to depend on, and I never found anyone that fulfilled that need. I think that this day and age, we have no heroes. I have yet to find someone to look up to. This world has not any heroes, because we are a world that only cares about ourselves. In today’s world ‘’saving’’ a basketball game can make you a hero. Unlike many young people today, I know that good looks and popularity does not make a hero.
And by that we will sallow up ourselves and die. Like celebrities for example, donates and supports groups is so they look good. And you should help people not to buff yourself up more, but because you strongly want to make a difference. It seems like most famous people only does things to that matter is because someone close died of, like cancer or heart attack. The true heroes are the people who deeds go unknown and secret. Like our 9-11 firemen. They are not famous but they did it one because it’s their job, and two, they want to serve our country. And our military, who is far away from everything and everyone they know and love, but they want to keep our country safe from harm and too keep it safe and free. Why would a celeb be a hero when they put themselves on a pedestal? Heroes do what’s right at all cost. Even if it hurts them they will try to do what they do with a smile on their face. We have no moral values so my class mates will most likely write about some football star, some guy or girl that they have the hots for, some singer or actor that degrades themselves. You can not pick some random person such as Payton manning, Chris brown, opra, Lebrun James as hero is not and cannot be any person. Its something that only a few people can be. People say that heroes are made and not born, that heroism is a matter of fate, but if heroes are made, who – or what – "makes" them? If they are not made, how can wonder woman be a hero? We know that she was sculpted from stone. Our heroes represent the best of ourselves, yet being human and have their flaws; they also allow us to accept our limitations. They teach us to act for the greater good, and not for ourselves. Apparently, you would think that there are many heroes in the world but in today’s day and age there are none. People conspire and do horrific things, they still get away with it and younger people look up to them. Why would someone that saves a basketball game, can sing or dance be a hero? As the world still turns, it gets worse and worse everyday. What will happen to us? Are we at the point of no return, or is there some person who can save this world before we become the very thing we never wanted to be? These days, there are more cowards than heroes. And it makes me sick to know that the world will show no passion for no one but it’s self. The optimal hero is a person we can learn from. Who has made mistakes and is not afraid to admit them. Such as the person used to be mean or did drugs and changed their ways and form what they did, help other people not to make that mistake. Most people are afraid to speak up and tell it like it is, because they do not want to be thought unfavorably of. And if you know, everyone wants to be liked.

I am going to visit Toronto shortly for a visit along with my family. How do I check whether the job market is good for my trade of Facility management? Should I go to recruitment companies / newspapers etc? Should I stick back in Canada and look for a opening? Is it costly to contact people within Totonto by phone? Seriously, stop asking these types of questions! Use the search feature, many people before you have already asked. No one here can tell you how much it will hurt you. It’s a tattoo, it’s needles piercing your skin while the artist works out a design on your body.

Pricing? Not many people here tattoo. Damn, no one can give you a price here, so stop asking. What happening is people are giving you what they think it will cost, and when you get to the shop, you’ll be pissed and say, I heard it would only cost this much, and the artist will send you away!!!

Don’t ask what others think. It doesn’t matter to anyone but you. Why ask complete strangers if it’s a good idea? Do you want it? Do you think it is? If so, get it. Many people get on here and put us down for having tattoos, who cares about their opinions, they just want points.

And really, why do so many people ask how old you have to be? Enough said.

Employment varies by job, boss, location, etc. No one can tell you how your boss will react or how it will affect your career. Ask your boss, not us!!!!!!!!!!!

I knew a girl that could find her ex online on a website and all she needed was his name and SS#. I am tring to get child support from my ex and I have been tring for almost two years. I just now have gotten ahold of his SS# and I want to be able to track him down when he get’s a job and garnish his wages for my money. That’s what the lady did that I used to know.
I have been through the court and they aren’t doing anything. I just now have his SS# and when I called them to ask them if it would help, she said the lady is in a meeting and will call back. That was a couple of hours ago. They suck and don’t help around here. I need different help please!
