I own a website where i have added 2 things other than the usual writeup
One place to add outsource providers in India(self service.no registration required)
The other is a forum for outsourcing discussions

How do i get the word out?
Iam specifically looking for 3 things

1.How do i make Outsource providers in India participate in the program(it is a referral service free of cost to both client and providers)

2.How do i get people to participate in outsourcing dicussion forum at http://forums.helpmeoutsource.com?

3.How do i attract small and medium businesses in U.S to look for the outsouce provider list that my site has?

Pl. dont suggest adwords or search engine optimization.I have tried that
