Are we able to lookup cell phone numbers using a reverse phone lookup? I know you can obviously lookup landline numbers but is it possible using a cell phone number? I would like to get a name and exact location ie address from a certain cell phone number. Anyone who has used a reverse cell phone lookup and has got the details from it I would be grateful if you could direct me to a good reverse phone lookup service.

Is it true that you can get details from a cell phone number using a reverse cell phone lookup?. I am trying to get the name and address of a cell phone number and am not quite sure if I should trust these kinds of services.
