Have you ever refused to do business with a company because of bad customer service even if they had a slightly better price?

Reason I am posting.

I work on PCs and because of the price of parts in the last 3 years it is no longer cost efficient for me to build my own PCs. I now buy them from the market place and and just charge a setup fee. Less money for me but most of my money today is generated by virus and spyware removal and recovering lost data.

For the most part I usually dealt with Dell where I would order the PCs and have them with in 7 to 10 days. The only sticking point I had was having to deal with people I could not understand and more than they could understand me. (Language barrier).

This time I ordered 4 PCs from HP. A sale totaling over ,000. 14 days later I still did not have the PCs nor did I get any confirmation (e-mail) as to the progress of the sale or when they were or are being shipped except the date I was given when I ordered them.

I called HP, gave them the order number and asked where they were as they are already 3 days behind the promised delivery date. She said let me put you on hold for a few minutes. 6 minutes later, I was pick up by FedEx Ground and they asked my for the waybill number. I was never given one by HP.

However the woman at FedEx Ground went above good service and search by address and found they were in transit for delivery the next day.

I called HP back and got another person and told them the story. She said did you find them? I said yes with no help from HP. She said so you have no problem and hung up. An these were Americans at HP.

I view this as a management problem. I am going back to Dell.

Also, If the price is to high and I decide to move to another state will my record still appear when employers do a job search? my mom says no she ust to work for job corps in recruitment and she had to search everyone record before they joined she said people only search in the state for your record.

I am 21 and I got into some trouble when i was 18, I was just hanging with the wrong people in the wrong car at the wrong time. te judge gave me a second chance with community service and probation which i am now off as of 3 years ago. my x friends are each doing 5 years in miami. I live in tampa. Do i qualify to get an expunge and what is the cost? because it is hard to find a job with this under my name

i’m trying to find a shampoo and conditioner that can repair my hair. i have split ends that even the ends that have split, split 4 more times on each strand. idk what happened. i take very good care of my hair. it’s getting weaker and drier by the day. it’s coming out all the time and i want to fix it. my diet hasn’t changed and it’s not stress related so i have no idea what could be causing the sudden 180. i want to find shampoo/conditioner that can repair the damage quickly and for good (with continued use of course) and that will keep my hair shiny, healthy, strong, incredibly soft, and keep help the color look great. i’m a natural redhead w/ thick hair. and i obsess over my hair smelling good/pretty so it would have to smell good as well. it also can’t cost an arm and a leg. i’m just looking for people’s help and opinion on something i could buy at the store or (as a last result) at a salon. can anyone help me out on my search? if so, thank you sooooo much.
well….yea, a special shampoo is what i’m looking for. that’s why i asked in the first place.

yea i used a Pantene shampoo a while back, the smell always got to me. smelled like a salon when someone gets their hair permed

i also haven’t straightened my hair in almost 3 years. i don’t fuss with my hair much. it’s either down, in a pony-tail, or being combed/washed.

A Sharla Gardner. Maiden name Smith from Indiana? She is my sister and we are stuck in the middle of family drama and I really need to get ahold of here. I haven’t talked to her in 3 years. I wanted to see what information would be available to people and noticed that the company said Sprint when I know for a fact that I have Verizon. So I tried looking up my mom’s number and my brother’s since we’re all on the same plan and theirs come up as Verizon. What gives?
A reverse cell number lookup is putting the number in and seeing who’s number it is as opposed to looking up someone’s name and seeing their number.

If it did belong to someone else, companies really need to change their records! I’ve had this number for 3 years!
