Once upon a time, they were wanting to change this, but they didn't and hopefully never will, or everyone's voicemailboxes will be full of junk. It actually costs money to get your cell phone number listed and because of this you must pay money to look up someone's cell phone number. Reverse lookups are only free for listed landlines.
