If everyone spends their workday on R&S looking for God, then is God the main reason for our poor economy?
A lot of people, maybe including me, spend lots of time during the workday hanging out on R&S and not doing work, which costs companies money. And there just happens to be lots of companies losing lots of money in this country.
Aside from people being bad with their money, a lot of them (like most people here) are spending time searching for God with no real leads. Just hours of wasted time.
So can God be the main one to blame for America’s sluggish economy? Or at least the 2nd one to blame?

Very good point. I know my productivity is down since joining R&S. Maybe the Bureau of Labor Statistics can make a special economic indicator designation that reflects lost productivity (in terms of both hours and dollars) due to time spent on Yahoo R&S.
Something like: "For every question answered on R&S, the typical US worker is .00098% less productive". This would could be expressed as: R&Susa+A(-.00098Prod)
I work at home. I am a wife and mother. So when I have free time I come here.
I have $$$$,I don’t know about you guys ………I think if your poor it’s due to poor management
R&S has kept me away from the bottle….
Everyone, PRAISE R&S!!!
Not if you are the boss and have made your money.
You can’t blame God or Jesus. Both of them have said that we are to give our master (employer) 100% for our wages. If you spend time at work fooling around on R & S, you are doing a disservice to your employer, God, and even yourself.
As an employer, I wouldn’t offer employees internet access who do not need it. Or severely restrict its use to email and google…
Eh, I typically only get on YA while I’m waiting on something else. I don’t feel intellectually stimulated at work so that may be part of it ha
I used to blame God for everything until I became an atheist, now I just blame the people that believe in God instead.
Yes, it can.
Depends on your perspective though.
Ha ha! Touche! Maybe you should take into consideration that for every "soul" they gain, they get free Brownie points in Hahaven…so, collecting welfare in this life is nothing to blink an eye at when they’ll gain eternal bliss in the happy foreverafter
The only one to blame is you. You’re the one who’s addicted to the Internet and lazy, not God.
A contributing factor for sure… just don’t blame God for the problem
While I have seen some of The Truth of God spoken here is is very rare… That is why I stick around here… from time to time there is an honest seeker who can be intercepted before they click off after seeing just how disgusting YA R&S really is… I offer an alternative way to get an honest answer about the God stuff with out all of the garbage &*^%$%^#$ thrown around here.
Any one with an honest question concerning the basics of The True Christian Faith may feel free to email me… one honest question will receive one honest answer to the best of my ability…
The reasons for the poor American economy (relatively speaking of course) isn’t God or lack thereof, but rather the socialist trends of the Western Europe infecting the hard-steel capitalist psyche of the average American.
You no longer expect strike-breakers to kill and maim the strikers. You no longer want to see uncollected garbage being thrown in the middle of the street. You no longer want to see abused children being taught hard lessons about life. No, you want social services to deal with those problems and you are even prepared to pay for it.
Well, my friend, that money you spend on all those social programs is money that takes food away from the hard-working American capitalists who’d rather see you buy their overpriced junk rather than pay taxes. So, in a way, it’s YOUR fault.
Omega 1:1
Clearly States: Better to work the job then have the job work you.
which reminds me, why doesn’t jesus show me the money, lol
