how to find a person living in shanghai?
I am looking for a girl named 可可 (KeKe) aged 23 (born 1986-08-12) in Shanghai but i can’t find any useful resources online. Does anyone have a tip how i can find her?

Try the phone book I know most people have cell phone but worth a try. If she is not from Shanghai she must have permit to live and work there see if they will give you any information. Put an ad in local paper maybe she will see it and call you.
