Did you try myspace, they might be on there?
Depending on how old the kids are, you may want to try using social networking sites where the kids might have a profile, such as classmates.com, MySpace.com, friendster.com, reunion.com. It’s a safe bet that if the kids are over 13, they are likely going to be online somewhere. Otherwise, there aren’t any free services for finding individuals. All of the one’s I am familiar with require a fee.
