how do i find a person online? i have an address, but i need a phone number..?

I think I may have found the father of my 13 year old daughter. I have not seen him in 13 years, and I don’t want to get back with him, or even see him. But my daughter wants to know her father. I found his address, after extensive searching online, but it says he has a phone, but how do i find the number? I have tried everything.. Please help, I would be eternally gratefull..
