The main person pushing the "Obama birth certificate" issue.
He’s a disgruntled Hillary supporter, who refused the call to party unity. He was also approached about filing this lawsuit by PUMA (abbr. Party Unity My A__, a group of disgruntled Hillary supporters).

Listen, the birth certificate issue is simple. It’s all accusations. Every question out there has an answer (these from Ed Morissey, a conservative blogger):

Why not produce the original birth certificate? — Most people, I’d wager, don’t have their own original birth certificate. If you applied to get your records, in most states you’d get what Obama has – a certification of live birth spit out from a computer system. I doubt Hawaii has the original record any longer, either. The certification proves citizenship well enough to get a passport.
Let’s stop chasing absurd conspiracy theories brought up by nutjobs who you would oppose on every other issue. It makes it harder to take you seriously when you bring up REAL concerns, like Obama’s policies and the direction he is taking our country.

Do you think it is possible to find a person to tutor another person over a chat out of the graciousness of their heart? I take online courses and they have tutoring but it is all forum style and nothing is clicking. I am now days behind in assignments but no matter how much I reread the chapters I feel like I am reading a foreign language book. It is for college algebra so unfortunately it is not the easy stuff. Note, I am an idiot, and not the brightest light bulb either.
*Edit* Yes I have googled tutors, but-yeah-don’t think I can make myself feel more stupid. Talk tech and computer to me I’ll understand, talk math, screw that. Turning to yahoo answers is the last thing I wanted to do. But should show how much I do want to learn, and how desprite I am not to fail.

I watched the DVD. In the DVD, the speaker says that the Satan made
Heavy Metal Music so that people would fully embrace him by this music. But Satan wasn’t happy because ‘brothers’ were not into heavy

The speaker revealed some things that I will list below about hip hop artist.
I double-checked everything he said to make sure it’s all true.
I heard through other sources that DMX, Snoop Dogg and Tupac were rapping that they sold their souls to the devil. I wanted to
see if it was true.

Well ive been considering/have started saveing up around 50,000-100,000$ to create a studio. Im wondering what the price tag for a full out recording studio that looks like the one that Jay-z or T.I have.I also found out that after you create a studio, you can let people rent it out for high prices and make the money back shortly.So i came to the conclusion that i could search for talent and start a record label in my area, Since i’d own the studio i could hire people in the area who are talented on useing the software and createing beats and such… As well as i would do research on how to use it. I’ve also heard about people saying that there are huge problems with distrubuteing and getting other people to invest into the company. If that happen i’d just resort to selling them in the streets out the back of the car just like other legends did. I do have friends who own stores who would buy the cd’s and such..
So the question is how much would it cost to make the studio a business?
How much would a recording studio cost?
And is there a big hole in my plan?
I have the money to start the studio , no problem.

Here is the Scenario of the incident happened with Harvey Norman Furniture. As a consumer I would like to know the honest opinion of you all.
Me & my husband bought a very beautiful apartment. As every excited couple we kept thinking about decorating our home. We started our weekend trip to different furniture stores to buy a lounge with having pre-defined budget set. After 2 months of intensive search finally we gave our heart to the Lounge we saw in Harvey Norman Auburn. Lounge was beautiful & within our range. Price 99 including delivery
The delivery man told my husband that it won’t fit in the lift. So my husband suggested him to take it through stairs. The delivery man said that he can take it through stairs but there are risks involved. My husband was ready for that but delivery guys didn’t want to put an extra effort and so they told that we have to pay any extra 0 in cash for getting sofa in my home through balcony.
My husband called Customer service requesting that we have already paid for delivery and it’s their responsibility to get the sofa to our place but they were less than helpful saying we have to pay 0 to get sofa. After this incident as any normal person I really got frustrated with them because before few days only we order the King size mattress and the delivery man brought it through stairs. So I straight away send them a emails saying the following lines:-
We are not going to pay any extra money and that if you didn’t resolve our matter I will get you to Consumer affairs and if not I know how to take care of you.
Next day I called their customer service. I told the lady that it was their responsibility to get the sofa to our place & she told me that it’s in there Term & Condition stating that if the product doesn’t fit it’s the customer responsibility.
Funny Condition but with a loophole :- I agree if it doesn’t fit in my house it’s my responsibility but if it doesn’t fit in my area or lift or stairs or country is that my responsibility too. No it’s not for clear. Rather than solving my problem she kept saying that I send them very threatening email as if I was threatening to kill them. No I was not; I did threaten them with consumer affairs. She was not helpful and so I told her that I need to speak to their manager. I realise that there was no point in getting angry and that I should calm down. In my heart I was very positive that manager will understand my problem and sure will get some solution.
I receive the call from Franchisee Manager. I was very hopeful till the time manager told me that he is cancelling my order and he don’t want to do business with people like me. He told me that I was threatening his staff and him. Funny he kept saying that rather than mentioning anything about my lounge delivery. I apologise saying him that anybody will get angry in my situation. I told him that the delivery man said that it can be taken through stairs but according to him the delivery man said that it can’t be even taken through stairs. Finally they cancel my order.
My mistake was that I got angry but why? If they would have done their job properly in the first place this wouldn’t have happened. Such Waste of time and we now have to start all over again.
After few days passed from this incident, my mind was still not at peace. So I decided to call two different Harvey Norman stores.
Store 1 :-
I told the Sales rep that I’m interested in buying that lounges online but I have few concerns regarding the delivery.
The sales rep first offered me the free delivery included in the price of lounge.
I told that we don’t have any lift in our apartment and the only way is through stairs. We live on the top floor of the building.
Sales rep was very kind and said to me that he will send an extra delivery man’s (in total 4) so that they can take it up to stairs & also said that he will charge an extra for 2 extra men’s effort.
I was really happy to know that it will only cost me as compared to 0.
Store 2 :-

Anyways I have already forgiven People from Harvey Norman AUBURN but it’s for sure I’m not going to their store again.

on a further note….. kids today are so focused on organized sports… they think the only way to play is to play organized…. back in Europe playing a sport as a kid means to play outside, with half-decent equipment, AND HAVE FUN! a kid form Nigeria with who plays barefoot futbol (soccer) i guaranty you has more fun and learns more about him or herself in the proccess than a kid who plays and is pressured by everyone around him. there have been studies, search this up, that back-up my opinion. mice have been left to play together in one test, in the other there is an adult. the mice that play without interupting supervison had a mush more advanced brain, because everyday you meet up with the neighborhood kids to play, there is an adventure everyday, where you have to solve problems, disputes, lead our friends, and learn to watch for yourself. you learn about people and how they think, you learn about how a group works together to achieve a goal (such as build a snow fort) i learned how to fight, how to socialize, how to do just about EVERYTHING by playing outside with friends at ages 4-12 (the first neighborhood i moved into in canada was a serbian one where there was a park shared by 2 apartment buildings where kids of all sizes went to enjoy the outdoors, and do all sorts of dangerous stuff, fun stuff, and so on. so yea. that was my rant.

Whoever made a phone call to make a crime report, does police can accept the calls and take it as a crime? Or police has to find out who made the calls first before taken actions?
There is might be a pay phone that anybodies can made a crime report. Yet police cannot Identity the caller. Does police has to check the crime report as a serious steps? Or police has to check with the callers to be sure it’s a good report? The crime report can be a hoax and it takes police times and the public rights to be given up to follow up the calls.
Example 1: Somebody can made a report that there is a 10 years old kids with beer cans that walk into bar when it’s must be 21. Will police show up and enter the bar and stop the music and interview every 200 people in this bar? To be sure that there is no 10 years old kids drinking in that bar? It would interfere everyone enjoyment at that evening.
Example 2: There is a someone made crime report against daycare when it cannot be verify on who made the call. Let say there is a report that one child are abuse at this daycare, now will police show up the day care and end the daycare and take the whole children away from day care? Let say there is 25 children, will police pick up the whole 25 children just because of a crime report that maybe true or a hoax.
Example 3: Somebody maybe report that there is a huge drug cocaine being storage under the concrete floor at one of huge factory building that manufacturing the goods products. Now will police stop the whole factory and then move the whole equipment around to break the concrete to look for any drugs? By doing this, it will cost company a millions of dollars because of everything is stop from working and has to put new concrete on floor after it been broken while searching for drugs. Even if it’s true or not true that was reported, how can police be 100 percent sure and do not stop the business?
Those is what I mean, when phone call being made as a crime report, do it required to be sure first? Or police can step in at anything just from simple report and stop the whole business and personals life?

With the alarming and rapid growth in crimes committed by youths, the search for an effective means of punishment instead of prison is being explored. In the 2005/2006 statistics on crime, boys recorded an unprecedented 45% increase in violence including assaults, murders, rapes and robberies compared to 1996/1997 while girls aged between 15-19 violence has jumped up by 30%. The statistics have proven the threat of jail as punishment for youths is a failure with the amount of crimes committed by young people soaring each year. It is argued sending youths to detention centres to be surrounded by more convicted criminals like themselves doesn’t rehabilitate their minds and only allows more room to breed the next generation of young criminals. The idea of giving first time offenders the option of serving two years in the army as an alternative to jail was proposed between 2007 and 2008 and would allow them to have full army pay and conditions, retain their liberty and avoid a criminal record. The recruit however, would need to go through an intense psychological screening to ensure they meet safety standards and are suitable for the army. If the full two years is not carried out, the offender would return to court for a re-sentencing on the original crime, with no option to return back to the army. The proposal however, like any, comes with both pros and cons.
The growing number of juvenile criminals in Victoria indicates a serious need to tackle the problem head on. A few of many reasons why young people commit crimes include neglect, abuse, mental illness, drugs, alcohol and poor education. Some youths simply commit crimes because they are bored and have unfulfilling or aimless lives while others do them under peer pressure and the fear they may seem “uncool” if they don’t. In both those cases, they can easily be amended with proper punishment and mental stimulation. Military life would teach them discipline (what their parents failed to teach them), life skills, respect and core values and may even give purpose back into the lives of those that had given up hope. In return for the civilians, the streets would be kept cleaner of crime and the new army recruits would have a goal in their life as well as a decent salary, all in exchange for years behind bars. Even though the cost of training up a new recruit costs more than sending a criminal to jail, if the program proves a success then there’ll be one more former offender off of Victoria’s streets and making our state a safer place. In addition, if the criminal is 18 or over or tried as an adult, they would be surrounded by older prisoners who have far more serious convictions who could easily negatively influence them and worse habits may be picked up. The Australian Defence Force are currently delivering food parcels, improving fire-breaks and containment lines, and putting tents and facilities into places to help accommodate, feed and support some of the more than one thousand residents left homeless by the Victorian bushfires. If there were more people power, serious incidents such as the bushfires could be tackled even quicker and bringing relief to the affected people as fast as possible.
For many boys who break the law, they often lack a positive male role model in their lives and the army would provide them with proper mentors who would guide them in the right direction. In today’s society, one punch acting on impulse, one moment of temporary madness could see good young people ending up in jail for manslaughter or assault charges. The radical plan will help ease congestion at many overcrowded jails and detention centres throughout the state and allow authorities to deal with more serious issues such as repeat offenders.
The plan however, does come with its disadvantages. The best question to ask yourself is “Would you ever want someone at your workplace who you knew has stabbed someone, or is capable of murder?” The main mission of the army is for national defence and the brave men and women who serve in it certainly don’t need the distraction of rehabilitating kids with behavioural problems impeding that goal. For those criminals who pass the psychological screening, it’s still possible they have temptations to offend again and after two years of military training, taught army tactics and how to shoot a rifle, they could use their knowledge for bad instead of good. The idea should also be considered in the army’s point of view and whether the army would even want convicted criminals in their honourable workforce.
In a response from a currently serving Australian army officer via e-mail, he said “I am in the army and why would someone who cannot even follow simple laws ever want to watch the back of a complete stranger. I wouldn’t trust the man next to me if he was there for punishment”

Someone asked this question, but it got deleted somehow. I had an answer for you so here it is..I really think the asker was trying to reach out so if you are still there, here is my answer:
Wow, I am going to answer this as seriously as I can. You have to find the happiness in life. As we get older, we realize just how cruel this world is. Some people are more exposed to it than others, be it cultural differences or financial classes, the world has its effect on all of us.
With everyone falling in love with money and riches, true happiness takes a backseat. People nowadays will stab you in the back for their own gain and push you out of line just to get ahead. We all slowly come to the understanding that people really do not care about you or how you feel.
Back in the days when we were kids, all we needed was a stick, a rock, or whatever was laying around in the yard and we would have hours of pure fun. It’s just not like that anymore.
I’m not saying all this to further push you down the saddened hole that you are in, but just trying to give you perspective. Even though we have all of that around us, it is up to you to make the most out of your life and find happiness.
So you must ask yourself: What is it that is making me sad? Why can’t I have the happiness that I had as a kid? What do I have to do to turn things around? Only you can answer that question. Do some soul searching; find what makes you YOU and go after it.
I am generally the happy guy that you described above. I am always laughing and joking with people…I rarely take things seriously even when someone is insulting me. I laugh at the ignorance and I don’t let it get me down. I always try to find something positive even in negative situations because there is always a lesson to be learned. People commend me on always having an optimistic outlook. That is key.
Now I do have my days when things don’t go y way and it feels like the whole world is against me, but I keep going. I keep pushing for that things that makes me happy. I turn it into my life goal.
So to sum this up, search yourself; find what makes you sad and get rid of it, then find what makes you happy and pursue it at all cost. Let no one destroy your dreams or hinder you from reaching your goals. Push past the haters, reach your goals, and you will be smiling in no time!

Gummybear, I’m not trying to hide any negativity. I identify it and then try my best to correct whatever it is. Sometimes it means walking away from negative situations and not dwelling on them. Our souls have a weird tendency to want to hold on to negative things, but you must fight that urge and just let it go. That is how people fall into depression by hanging on to negativity too long. I don’t have all the answers, but this is what works for me.
Adorable (Love the spelling by the way), I am glad I could help. I realized that most people are only happy for you when you are not doing better than them, but once you start to better yourself, then that is when the hate comes. It really is sad, but you can’t focus on that. Don’t let someone else’s failed dreams ruin yours. You have to live for you and not worry about what people think of you. i;m not saying you should be mean to people, but just don’t let people control you with their negativity. find your happiness and go get it.

I watched CNN, and wondered wow. Michael Moore is pretty hardcore dumb. Seeing he doesn’t know what he is talking about. I listed 12 reasons in less then 3 minutes of video. What went wrong.

1. Capitalism is a legal system
If you are going to make a movie about something shouldn’t you know what the word means? Just as a beginning point at least. A quick Wikipedia search of the word tells you that it is an “economic and social system,” not a legal system. To be sure there is a legal structure that is needed to make capitalism work properly, but that doesn’t make capitalism a legal system itself.
2. Regulation and rules that use to keep them in check are no longer keeping them in check
There are no more regulations? That’s news to me. I think it would also be news to the thousands of small and large companies that have to suffer increased costs due to mind numbingly dumb regulations.
3. Rich having more is anti-democracy
What is anti-democratic about someone having more stuff than me? Or even having a lot more stuff than me? I guess it is only democracy if we all have the same amount of stuff…oh wait isn’t that called something else?
4. Not only against democracy but against his personal values
This I admit is a bit of a cheap shot, but did you notice how he made a distinction between his values and democratic values?
5. Against the values of people
Yes because lord knows that capitalism goes against the very fiber of America society. The free exchange of goods and services is universally condemned by every right thinking American. The USA hates freedom and capitalism that’s for sure. That’s why they were so friendly with the Soviet Union.

Because that’s what democracy means? Sure there has to be a couple more requirements to fully qualify as a democracy in most people’s minds; such as competitive elections and the rule of law. But voting is the fundamental core of every democratic system.
9. Don’t want to lose his democratic rights when he goes to work in the morning or go to the bank
At this point it is pretty clear he doesn’t know what the word democratic means. Even the Greeks wouldn’t stretch it to include commercial activity. He is just using it as a buzz word to avoid using the word socialism. This kind of demonstrates just how stupid #5 is.
10. Stop the debate between capitalism and socialism
Umm…okay? One system is based on voluntary individualism and the other is based on coercive collectivism. There may be a wide spectrum between two extremes but how exactly do you propose breaking this paradigm? Wouldn’t involving democratic voting in commercial activity just lead to the coercive model? Or did you think people wouldn’t notice?
11. We are smart enough to come up with a new system that is fair to all people
Demonstrably untrue; people have been trying to do this for thousands of years. Why do you think just because it is a new century we are suddenly smarter? I’ve seen no indication of this increased intelligence.
12. It’s time to start sticking up for the little guy in this country
This isn’t so much stupid in itself but stupid in the context of the rest of the clip. Socialism does not benefit the little guy. And let’s be real here, it is socialism and not some sort of commercial democracy that Michael Moore is advocating. Every socialist system has shown that it ultimately benefits a select group of elites. You want to protect the little guy’s interests? Protect capitalism.

First I am a 22 year old guy in a nursing school. My first semester was fine and didnt have any issues with my course mates, had the freshest breath and could even talk face to face with students and tuitors without any problem for hours but then toward the end of the semester i started to develope bad breath even after I have brushed my teeth. It was so annoying that I will brush my teeth for 3 minutes and immediately i get to school and start a conversation people will start moving backwards or holding their nose. I was really worry about that because with a nice tic tac the problem will be solved and I will be back with fresh breath. Then I took a zoloft for depression and some antibiotic for the bad breath hoping to cure it but rather aggravated the issue. The stinky breath started eminating from my nose which made life a hell for me. I didnt no how bad it was but I could smell a whole room. As soon as I entered the class people will start coughing, holding their noses, breathing very hard that i could here. Then nobody wanted to sit beside me in class and I mean it was very heartbreaking. I believed the same people I had fun with during the first semester probably were saying this guy doesnt brush his teeth or is not hygeinic whatever. I was very depressed to the point that I had to drop out from school because I couldnt take the emberassment no more, EVen at clinicals the nurse instead of showing me around and teaching me whats goes on in a real hospital will instead take my fellow students and leave me behingd. No nurse wanted to even get 3 feet to me. I had comtemplated sucide a couple times but I am the oldest son of my mom and she loves me so much that I coundnt imagine what she will go through after she finds me dead so I was still hoping for a cure. Before that I had tested positive for H pylori but my GP didnt no more about it so he prescribed to me a biaxin which I think aggravated the bad breath. I then went to see an ENT who said it was coming from my tonsils so I had a tonsilectomy which cost 00 and still didnt have any cure. AT this point I had droped out of school, getting ready to quit my work and totally isolated from the society and spent over 00 to cure the problem. One day was searching the internet for courses of bad breath and I came across H pylori as a culprit so I visited a gastroenterologist, had another H pylori test, tested positive again and I was prescribed PREVPAC AND PRILOSEC which I was suppose to take for aout 16 days. After taking the medication for about 5 days I started seeing some improvement on my breath. On the sixth day I went to work had a full conversation with out any reactions and the people who use to give me those reaction even got closer to my face and started talking to me like before I had the problem. Finally I have the cure and I think reason why most people dont get cured early is because the doctors dont know the real cause of the bad breath. If my GP had prescribed the right medication for me when I first tested positve for H pylori I will still be in school by now trying to complete my nursing degree but instead I dropped out leaving an impression to my fellow classmates and tuitors like am some stinky boy who stinks up the whole class and now he is gone we are much better off but that is life I have registered with another school and hoping to go back to school in April

We’ve never only fed one horse, so I don’t know how much money it would cost to feed just one. When we had our last horses, we had goats, sheep, and 2 horses instead of just one. And it costed (is costed really not a word?? lol, me and my country talk) about 0 a year to feed all of them small square bales.
Now my mom says I can have a horse again if I find a free one and can get really cheap hay.
I found some cheap horses (they’re all 0), and I might be able to negotiate the price down a little on one of them so my mom’ll let me get him.
I figured up how much hay an average 1000 pound horse would need per day, and it came out as about 20 pounds (2000 pounds per year, since horses need hay from about December through April here). Then I searched hay for sale and found that the average price for an 800 pound round bale is 20-30 dollars. So I figured up how many bales a horse would need and how much it would cost.
So I think it would cost about (more or less, depending on the horse) a year to feed a horse (easy keeper that doesn’t need grain and only needs hay in winter). Is that about right?
I’m probably going to be in driving school the beginning of next year, so I’ll be able to get a job soon and pay for any other costs that come up (I’ll put a little back for vet bills, possibly farrier, and dentist if my dad wont want to pay for that).
And when I’m 18 I might volunteer (part time, since I hope to have a job then) to be a trail guide at a local riding stable (they get tips of about per ride).
Also I have another question for people who know a lot about the horse industry: Is a degree really important? I want to be a riding instructor/trainer, and the college I want to go to has certificates you can get.
It’s ,000 extra per year if you want a degree, and I’m not sure I want to save an extra ,000 to get a degree when I would be just as good at my job without one (the degree course is just regular college courses, no stuff to help with the career I want).
I would try to get a horse that doesn’t need grain (I’d ask to try it out for a few weeks to see how it does on just grass).
And I’d just use mixed grass or timothy hay. It seems to be the cheapest, and I think timothy hay is supposed to be the best for horses.
We have bits (a snaffle and a curb) and a saddle (western), so I wouldn’t need to get any tack unless I found a really cheap english saddle and/or bridle.
And I could make the treats myself if I decided to give it any
Oh, and my dad trimmed my last horse’s feet and we still have the tools.

We had a mare in 1/2 of our pasture (because she was mean to my gelding) and she maintained a good weight all year and I think we had a drought that year (we usually do have dry summers and wet springs)
I would set aside around a month for emergency costs after I get a job, I don’t know if that would be enough to pay for the extra cost of hay if the prices rose, but I’m also going to be saving money for college and keeping my horse healthy would be worth waiting a couple extra years before I could go to college.

I’m trying to find a person’s number. I’m trying to make a really good business transaction and it’s really important. He lives in South Korea. I know it sound like I’m being a stocker or something.
