Is it possible to purchase a home with no closing costs.

I mean, I have more than enough money for a down payment.

A recent check has left me with enough money to pay off all of my debts, and after taxes and fees I will still have ,000 left and I am willing to put around -50,000 down as a down payment but I can’t stand the thought of paying fees and stuff.

Before you take this step, realize that divorce rate among couples where one spouse is incarcerated for one year or more is 85%. Getting married to a prisoner means you will be jumping through a lot of legal hoops and possibly experiencing a lot of heartache.
Difficulty: Hard
Time Required: Varies
Here’s How:
Regulations for marrying a prisoner will vary from prison institution to institution.
Marriage Packet Request. Have your fiance make an inmate request for a marriage packet. Once the forms are completed by both of you, you will need to send it back to the prison facility with the requested fees. (Approximately 0-5 via money order)
Required Documentation. You will need documentation that you are of legal age to marry, that you are a citizen in the country you wish to marry, and perhaps a copy of your birth certificate or other I.D.
The Family Visiting Coordinator will probably be your contact for arranging the wedding once permission has been received to marry a prisoner.
Choosing an Officiant. The prison should give you a list of approved pastors to choose from. You will need to know in advance what their fees are and be prepared to pay them at the ceremony with a money order.
Other Costs. Ask what the cost of the marriage certificate is too, as you will need a money order for that also.
Witness. You will need a witness, so bring a guest who is on your fiance’s approved visitor list. Or you can use one of the inmates who works in the visiting area.
Time Alone Together. Depending on the prison facility’s regulations, you may be allowed time together after the ceremony for wedding pictures and a short, private visit with one another.
Tips:
The chaplain at the prison will be a good source of information about getting married there.
If your relationship with a prisoner has been only through snail mail or email correspondence, don’t get married!
Before getting married, talk with others who have married prisoners so you have an understanding of how difficult this role may be for you.
Realize that upon your spouse’s release from prison, the two of you will each have to make major life-changing adjustments.
Bottom line. We don’t recommend marrying someone who is in prison. If your love for one another is real, you can wait.

Here is the issue: There are a few people in my life that I somewhat have to deal with. When I am around them and when I speak they seem to not understand where I am coming from, yet they feel comfortable offering suggestions into my life. It drives me crazy, and it drives me away. In turn, I almost avoid these people at all costs. When they do this, I do not honor what they are saying, but I have no defense mechanism during the situation. I do not let them know that I disagree in fear that they are going to just spew more advice.

Check and Balance: To balance myself on this I understand that some of their suggestions are valid. It is not that they people are stupid, nor is it that these people have no wisdom to offer. On the other hand, there are people who are wise and knowledge who do not offer advice unless asked. I seek these people when I am in a bind.

Who I am as a person: I tend to be a person who likes self-sufficiency. When I have a problem that I want to address, I vigorously will search for the answer and implement it. That being said, when others whom I have not designated as sources of help offer help into my life I am really putting off. I am just wondering why this is.

Ending questions: Is there something wrong with me (Obviously, there is always something more to improve in our own lives at any given time)? Is this normal? Is this something that I should learn to endure, or is it something that I should give in to? Is this something that I should battle and take a stand (note, I will still have to regularly see these people)?

I apologize for the vague-ness, and thank-you for any thoughts you have.

I am not worried about the cost and I have recently set up a consultation with a cosmetic physician to see what they can offers for treatment. I am just looking to see what other information I can gather, the searches seem to be cluttered with ads for products like pro-active and other medications that I are of little interest to me. My daughter is 23 and works as a waitress so she has no insurance benefits. Until she turned 23 she was on my husband’s policy. She has hypothyroidism and needs to get meds to regulate it. If Bush were a true conservative he would never allow the government to run huge budget deficits year after year like he has done. He would have never taken us into a war in Iraq preemptively without our allies sharing the cost, especially when there was in fact, no immediate threat to the US. Its funny how quickly the war in Iraq started off as a search for WMD but turned into a mission the free the Iraqi people. If Bush was a true conservative, he would not be advocating and passing legislation that increases the size and power of the federal government. He would not be sticking the states with large un-funded mandates. And he would not be trying to create a huge new federal bureaucracy who’s unconstitutional goal is to fund religious organizations that offer social services in place of social programs that his budgets have cut. And yet, SO many conservatives worship this man. Does partisanism really make people this blind? Liberals are just as bad, but one question at a time.
Coach - YOU need the facts. Bush raised the deficit by 5 trillion dollars. While naturally there is a need to higher expenditure, this level of expenditure is NOT justified. It’s not just the war and terrorism that is the problem, Bush’s administration is a fiscal disaster.

I know he more or less is a social conservative, but I’m not 100% sold. I feel like he doesn’t respect the constitution like a conservative should. And really, if you are just a social conservative, then to be an effective president, you need to actually DO something. All he has done is successfully delay the granting of gay marriage. THATS IT. Is this a reason to celebrate him?

Also, since he has raised the deficit by 5 trillion dollars, he is an economic failure. You can point to an occasional economic success here and there, but he HAS failed miserably econmocially.

Oh well. Hopefully republicans pick someone better next time. Its almost over.
